Park Amenities: Kolb Park is located on Bay Palm Boulevard between 15th Avenue & 16th Avenue in Indian Rocks Beach (across from City Hall, IRB Library and the Beach Art Center). This is the largest of all of the IRB City Parks, and features a baseball field, tennis courts, a skate park, restrooms, drinking fountain, racquetball court, shuffleboard court, covered pavilion, picnic tables, and two oak-shaded children's playground equipment areas. Kolb Park also houses a recycling drop-off center across from City Hall.

Reserving park Pavilions: The City of Indian Rocks Beach has multiple picnic pavilions and gazebo's located throughout the City. Use of the facilities are non-exclusive daily, however the facilities may be reserved through the City Clerk's office at 727-517-0204.

All of our city parks are maintained by the Indian Rocks Beach Public Services Department - Parks Division. The Parks Division is responsible for the maintenance of over 37 +/- acres of parkland in the City of Indian Rocks Beach. The Parks Division manages all landscapes, streetscapes and hardscapes outside all city facilities. Major operations include: grounds maintenance, hardscape maintenance, special event support, holiday decorations, playground inspection and care, streetscape maintenance, irrigation repair, and landscape design and construction.
