Beach Access Location: The 1st Avenue public beach access is located on the west-side of Gulf Blvd. at 1st Street in Indian Rocks Beach.

Beach Access Amenities: This access features free parking, concrete paved rest-area with two benches, shower, a long boardwalk to beach with handicap handrails, trash receptacle and cigarette receptacle.
