Beach Access Location: The 4th Avenue public beach access is located on the west-side of Gulf Blvd. at 4th Avenue in Indian Rocks Beach.

Beach Access Amenities: This access features free parking, concrete paved rest-area with two benches, shower, a short boardwalk to beach, trash receptacle and cigarette receptacle.
