Beach Access Location: The 5th Avenue public beach access is located on the west-side of Gulf Blvd. at 5th Avenue in Indian Rocks Beach.

Beach Access Amenities: This access is a pedestrian/bicycle access (no parking) and features, concrete paved rest-area with two benches, shower, a long boardwalk to beach, trash receptacle (no cigarette receptacle).
