Beach Access Location: The 8th Avenue public beach access is located on the west-side of Gulf Blvd. at 8th Avenue in Indian Rocks Beach.

Beach Access Amenities: This access features free parking, concrete paved rest-area with two benches, shower, no boardwalk to beach (sand only), trash and cigarette receptacles, and an area to lock-up a bicycle.
