Beach Access Location: The 15th Avenue public beach access is located on the west-side of Gulf Blvd. at 15th Avenue in Indian Rocks Beach.

Beach Access Amenities: This access features free parking, concrete paved rest-area with two benches, shower, long boardwalk to beach, trash and cigarette receptacles.
